I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were some maintenance issues like faulty lightbulbs and a towel rail coming off the wall. The staff was helpful but lacked some knowledge about the area. The location was great with beautiful buildings nearby and diverse guests, but the dining experience was subpar with overpriced breakfast. Overall, it's a decent stay with room for improvement.

The Deluxe Queen Room was a bit cramped, causing us to bump into furniture frequently. Despite requesting an extra bed, the hotel had no cots available, even though the website offered this option for an additional fee. The location was the highlight, being central and perfect for my business needs.
